[Guide] Calculating annual leave proration

Once you have logged onto your Gpayroll account, you will have to click on “Leave Management”.
NikeOnce you are on the leave management module, you will have to go to “Employee List”, and select the employee, so that you can view their annual leave entitlement and hire date.
Once you have noted the information, you will have to click on “Configurations” and then click on “Leave Grade Settings”.
Once you click on “View”, you will be directed to the page seen below, where you will have to click “View” on Annual Leave.
You will be then directed to the Annual Leave Settings, and when you scroll down, you will be able to see the Proration & Rounding rule settings.
On the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) page, you can use the calculator to calculate your pro-rated annual leave. (Click here for the MOM Calculator: http://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/leave/annual-leave/eligibility-and-entitlement)
As seen, our software calculates the same way as the MOM calculator! However, we will have to take note that in Singapore, you will have to take note that an incomplete month will not be entitled to leave.
