WorkPro aims to incentivise  and  support companies  to  better  utilise  the  skills and experience of workers aged 50 and above and the use of flexible work arrangements for all workers to create progressive workplaces. It encourages employers to implement progressive employment practices to benefit Singaporeans through job redesign, age management practices and flexible work arrangements.

NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) are the official Programme Partners appointed to market and administer WorkPro. Under Enhanced WorkPro, they provide funding support on Age Management Grant, Job Redesign Grant, Work-Life Grant. WorkPro is only valid till June 2019.

Through these grants, employers will be able to:

  • Adopt progressive age management practices.
  • Support job redesign.
  • Implement and sustain flexible work arrangements.
Here are the funding amount for the respective grants:

  • Age Management Grant - Up to $20,000 per company
  • Job Redesign Grant - Up to $300,000 per project
  • Work-Life Grant - Up to $105,000 per company
All  companies  legally  registered  or  incorporated in  Singapore can  apply for WorkPro. This  includes  societies  and  non-profit  organisations  such  as  charities  and  voluntary welfare organisations.
