Once you have logged onto your Gpayroll account, you will have to click on “Access Management” and then click on the “Access Setting” tab.

On the Access Settings tab page, you will have to click on the “Edit” button, in order for you to control the settings!

Once you have clicked on Edit, you can control both the Subordinate Display Level & My Subordinates Function, as seen below! The Subordinate display level has 5 different levels. For example, level 1 would be the employee’s direct supervisor. So, when Level 1 is chosen only the direct supervisor would be able to see the level scheduler view. However, when level 2 is chosen, the direct supervisor & the one the supervisor reports to, will be able to view the leave scheduler!

For the “My Subordinates Function”, if you choose to enable the function, this is how it would look like!

And that’s how you can control the level of leave scheduler view!
