[Guide] Creating a new Administrator Access

Going for a holiday and need someone to take charge? In this user guide, we will show you how to create a new administrator and delegate the work you will be missing out while on vacation! Now you can sit back & enjoy your vacation without any worries. 

Once logged into your Gpayroll account, Under the Main Menu, you will have to click on the tab Access management. Once you have done so, you will be directed to the page below, where you will have to click on “Manage”.

Once you click on “View”, you will be directed to the page seen below, where you can choose the employee you want to give administrator access.

After you’ve chosen the employee, and proceeded, you will come to this page, where you can choose the types of access you want to give to the chosen employee.

Once this is completed, click on "Complete" and the user will be able to access the module as an administrator.
