[New feature] Payroll & Leave Integration

We are very excited to tell you that if you have subscribed to our online leave management software, the leave module is now integrated with our payroll software. You will be able to manage leave and payroll easily with this new feature.

You no longer need to enter the no pay leave or leave encashment information manually when running your payroll. With the integration between our payroll and leave modules, all the approved no pay leave / leave encashment will be synchonized for payroll processing. To do so, you can go to the leave module configuration, select "Payroll Items Mapping" and search for "No Pay Leave", then click on the edit button to map the "No Pay Leave" (refer to the screenshot below).

Once the above is done, HR administrator can check for any no pay leave applications and click on "Submit for Payroll Process". Next, select which payroll month should this no pay leave be processed and this application will sync to payroll module automatically.
